Dola AI Not Working or Not Available? Fixes for Region and Seedance 2.5 Issues

Most Dola problems fall into three groups: the service is not offered where you are, Seedance 2.5 does not appear in your account, or a generation fails. Work through them in that order.

From our test location on November 5, 2026, dola.com went straight to a page saying Dola could not be used in the region. Vietnamese guides from October showed it working there, so availability clearly depends on where you are.

1. "Not available in your region"

• Official country list: we could not find one, so do not rely on third-party lists.
• App stores: whether you can download the app can also depend on your store's country.
• VPNs: a VPN can break the terms of a service and put your account at risk. Check the terms first. We do not recommend it as a fix.

If Dola is not offered where you are, your realistic option is another tool.

2. Seedance 2.5 does not appear

Dola's chat and video modes are separate, so check these first:

1. Sign in, because model choices may depend on your account.
2. Switch to video creation mode in the chat box.
3. Open the model list and look for Seedance 2.5.
4. Update the app, because web and app versions can differ.

If it still does not appear, it may not be available to your account or region. People ask about this on Reddit too, so you may not be alone.

3. A video fails or will not start

• Out of credits: an October walkthrough reports that free credits come back the next day.
• Content filters: simplify the prompt. Remove real people, brands and anything sensitive, then try again.
• Reference images: try a different image, especially one with a clear face or a recognizable person.
• Busy service: wait a while and retry, ideally with a shorter clip.

Dola AI app and APK

Install Dola only from the App Store or Google Play. Be careful with APK sites and look-alike domains. Search results include independent sites that use the Dola name, and some of them sell their own credits.

Feedback can go to the contact address on Dola's own notice page, [email protected].

If you just need Seedance 2.5 video

You do not have to get Dola working to use Seedance 2.5. Seedance TV is an independent product, not Dola or ByteDance, and runs in your browser with no app to install. Test that it works for you first, because a Seedance 2.5 video costs more than the welcome credits on a new account. The free plan also adds a watermark, which paid plans can remove.
