Seedance.tv is a ready-to-use web app: you create videos with Seedance models directly in your browser, with flat monthly plans and no setup. The official Seedance API from ByteDance is a developer product billed per generation that requires coding and integration work. If you just want to make videos without writing code, Seedance.tv is the fastest way to start.

Credits are used for all AI generations. Video credit usage varies by model, duration, resolution, and audio settings, and the exact cost is shown before generation. The Mini plan includes 400 credits per month.

Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. We recommend using your credits within your billing cycle. For yearly plans, credits are granted monthly throughout the year and do not roll over.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time and the changes will take effect immediately. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused credits from your current plan will be available until the end of your current billing period.

Length and resolution come from the model, not from the plan: Seedance 2.5 makes clips up to 30 seconds at up to 720p with native audio, Seedance 2.0 up to 15 seconds at up to 1080p, and the AI Video Agent assembles shots into one video up to 2.5 minutes. Higher resolutions and longer clips simply use more credits. The options for each model are shown on the generation page.

Video generation typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on the complexity and current queue. Standard and Plus plans include fast generation queue priority, which can reduce wait times during peak usage.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to your credits until then.
